Technical data
1. Door panel
PU sandwich panel, available thickness: 75mm, 100mm,150mm and 200mm. PU density: 40kg/m³, with good heat preservation. Surface material is painted galvanized steel or 304 stainless steel, with thickness of 0.5mm.
2. Guide rail
Top guide rail is made from aluminum alloy. Multi-bearing design divides the door weight and makes the door works more smoothly and durable.
3. Safety lock design
It can be used to open the door from inside easily and quickly in emergency cases, to protect human life.
4. Sealing structure
EPDM seal rubber is paved between guide rails and door, and between door and wall, to make the structure much more air tight and heat-preserving.
5. Handle(only for manual type door):
304 stainless steel or aluminum alloy material. Anti-corrosive and easy for manual moving doors.
6. Anti-freezing heating wire band:
Work temperature:-40℃, with good high-temperature stability. The heating performance can keep 90% after 300 times of changing temperature from 10 ℃ to 149℃.
7. Auto-manual switch when power failure
The door also has manual and internal unloading escape devices in the event of a power outage or failure.
